Kathi helped me create a showplace in a Florida condo. Her furniture selections from Christopher Guy and Habersham and her ideas for lighting and floorcoverings were creative, practical, and thoughtful. Kathi is not a "cookie cutter" designer by any means and is willing to use her talents to create a custom space tailored to her client. I have worked with other designers who did not understand my style and provided a one-size-fits-all approach. Kathi is not only very talented but has the unusual ability to intuitively know what I like and will take the time to make sure it works.

Kathi did much of the original design work on the home I purchased in 2007. I was so impressed by the work she did in designing and selection surfaces, cabinets, appliances and paint that I hired her to assist me with furniture selection and room design.

Kathi is able to take my very conceptual thoughts and translate them into room plans and ideas for specific pieces of furniture. While providing options, she does not overwhelm me with too many choices. She also is happy to incorporate existing pieces I already have. Occasionally she diplomatically referees a design dispute between my husband and me.

Kathi not only helps in design and order of the pieces, she makes sure they are delivered, handled and placed properly. She has a wonderful perfectionist streak in her.

The layout is perfect, and your choice of furnishings makes the area easy to entertain in and has a comfortable feel to it. I have had so many complements on the accessories, particularly the pheasant, everyone wants one!

If you're looking at a total kitchen remodel but you're in over your head, Juniper Ridge Designs is the place to go. Kathy Lynn at Juniper Ridge Designs walked us through the entire process. She coordinated estimates and explained them before we made any commitments. Her experience and expertise included, to mention a few, the translating our vision into the design, ordering and monitoring the delivery of our cabinets, recommending and coordinating appliance sources and specifications, sourcing of our general contractor (who then sourced the many subcontractors), innovative shelving design (floating glass) and delivery, monitoring and coordinating all of the interfaces between design, appliance delivery, and installation of new electrical and gas services, selection of tiles, countertops, and color schemes. Kathy provided a 3-d picture to help us see what our kitchen would look like up front. Needless to say our kitchen remodel would not have been NEARLY as smooth had we taken this on ourselves. AND it would undoubtably have cost significantly more. Now a few months later we are very happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Juniper Ridge Designs.
